  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. 

4. Vehicle Owner Responsibilities

Vehicle Condition

  • Vehicles must be in the condition described at the time of booking
  • Inoperable vehicles must be disclosed prior to transport
  • You must remove all personal items from the vehicle (we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle)
  • Vehicle must not contain more than 1/4 tank of fuel
  • Vehicles must be free of leaks, mechanical issues that could damage the carrier

Required Documentation

  • You must provide valid identification
  • You must provide proof of vehicle ownership or authorization to transport
  • You must provide any keys, remotes, or access devices needed

Vehicle Inspection

  • You are responsible for conducting a thorough inspection of your vehicle before and after transport
  • Any pre-existing damage should be noted on the Bill of Lading
  • You must report any damage within 24 hours of delivery

5. Pricing and Payment

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement

Inspection and Acceptance

  • You must inspect your vehicle upon delivery
  • Signing the Bill of Lading acknowledges receipt and condition of the vehicle
  • Any damage claims must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery

8. Liability and Insurance

Our Liability

  • RAY AND SONS LLC carries appropriate insurance coverage for vehicle transport
  • Our liability is limited to the terms of our insurance policy
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or damage caused by acts of God

Insurance Claims

  • Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • You must provide photographs and documentation of any claimed damage
  • Insurance claims are subject to investigation and approval

Limitations

We are not liable for:

  • Personal items left in the vehicle
  • Damage due to vehicle defects or mechanical issues
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Intellectual Property
